    Great service and reasonable price. Called at noon on Fri about burst pipe. Showed up in couple of hours and fixed in no time! Thank you!!

    Of course I have a boiler/heat problem on the last business day before Christmas! I called Kenora's Best and spoke with Tammy. She couldn't promise anything but told me 'it was in her best interest to get me looked after'. I am sure today was better than a call out on Christmas Day. She called me back within about 45 minutes, the technician (Ken) was at my home a few minutes after that. He was methodical and organized and explained what he was doing. Three hours later, I have heat upstairs. I really appreciated the invoice being email to me and being able to make a payment by phone. Thank you all for a great experience!
