    Almost all the staff are inexperienced and do not care about customers opinion enough to try fix their mistakes. I have been there three times in hopes to get better service however each time, even though there were different staff, all gave the same result. This is the only Starbucks in Kenora and it has left a terrible impression on me and my friends. For example I have received a beverage that was not filled to the top like it always is in Whitehorse. When I asked the lady at the front about it she said they usually are filled that high. I told her my opinion based on my experiences on Starbucks and she refused to listen and just simply said "this is how it is supposed to be" When I have a concern with my product I expect to receive help with a positive attitude and not to be turned away.
