    They won't even answer they're phones!!!

    Worst customer service. My brother-in-law has had a loans officer working on loan for weeks and no answer. It should not take that long. Numerous messages are left for the loans officer and branch manager and no one calls back. My husband deals with this bank and we are going to be pulling his accounts.

    Was not impressed that Kenora bank was closed till Jan.4 I had family down from Toronto. They needed to use the bank(tellers). They should have been open at least dec. 27-30.. Not happy!

    Wish it had better hours of operation. Overall a great bank and friendly staff at this location.
